Baseplate (V3.7)

Used by civil, structural & mechanical engineers for design of steel bases. Covers a wide range of configurations, with rolled and built-up profiles for column and shear key. Includes auto anchor arrangement feature for all baseplates.

The algorithm is designed to give faster results even with a multitude of LCs up to a maximum of 500 LCs. Output includes calculations, BOQ, ready-to-draft b/p sketch with minimum required pedestal size.

Codes Supported: IS 800

rcc footing

Spread Footing (V2.5)

Used by civil & structural engineers to design spread footings. Handles bi-axial moments with up to 500 LCs. Loads may be applied at pedestal or footing level.

Selects the most cost-effective size from amongst hundreds of footings that can possibly be designed for given input. Output includes calculations for the most cost-effective (or user-defined) footing, BOQ, plan and section with dimensions & rebar details w.r.t structure global axes.

Codes Supported: IS 456; BS 8110

rcc pedestal

RCC Pedestal (V2.5) - New

Used by civil & structural engineers to design RCC pedestals. Handles bi-axial moments with up to 500 LCs. User-friendly selection of end restraints for both axes of bending.

Selects the most cost-effective size from amongst hundreds of pedestals that can possibly be designed for given input. Output includes calculations for the most cost-effective (or user-defined) pedestal, BOQ, plan and section with dimensions & rebar details w.r.t structure global axes.

Codes Supported: IS 456

rcc slab

RCC Slab (V1.5)

Used by civil & structural engineers to design one-way and two-way RCC slabs. It can handle all types of edge support conditions.

Along with dead and live loads, blast loading can also be applied with a load factor. Software allows increments for slab thickness up to 1 mm, which enables it to be designed for optimum economy.

Codes Supported: IS 456

wind load calcuator

Wind Load Calculator (V1.5)

This is used by civil & structural engineers to obtain design wind pressures on the various elements of a 3D gable-framed building.

Eight tables with DWP on 30+ elements of the structure are generated for all 8 load cases, with wind from each of the 4 directions, considering both pressure and suction from within.

Codes Supported: IS 875 Part-3

stormwater drain

Stormwater Drain (V1.8) - New

This is used by civil, structural & mechanical engineers, on infrastructure projects, to design stormwater drains using Manning’s formula for velocity. Covers drains in rectangular, trapezoidal and circular shapes.

Design options are available to obtain non-silting & non-scouring velocity where possible.

Codes Supported: NA.

steel mto

Steel MTO (V1.5)

This is used by structural & mechanical engineers to obtain accurate steel BOQ for any steel structure. Separate sheet for each member type allows an ‘easy-to-do’ steel BOQ in the most user-friendly manner.

Charts generated for various member groups allow better insight for optimization of overall tonnage where possible.

Codes Supported: NA.

load comb generator

LC Generator (V1.4)

This is used by structural engineers to obtain ready-to-use load combinations with up to seven primary load cases. The LC strings generated can be used by primary design software (E.g. in STAAD/ ETABS) with ease. LC summary is extremely easy to understand, review or revise.

Up to 500 LCs, for both serviceability and stress design criteria, can be produced at the click of a mouse.

Codes Supported: Most international codes.
