The difference between quarterly, biannual, and yearly licenses lies in their pricing and duration. For example, a quarterly subscription allows uninterrupted use of the software/ template for 3 months before needing renewal, while the same is 6 months and 1 year in case of biannual and yearly licenses.
We do not offer any maintenance or technical support but provide updates as and when these are available, with the same expiry date as the originally purchased license.

No, the evaluation period lasts for specified number of days from the initial opening of the software. This period cannot be prolonged, and the same trial cannot be run on the same computer again. You would need to install the trial on another computer, providing you with another similar period for evaluation.
Yes, you can download a trial version of a different product. Please be aware that the trial for the same product and version will not function on the same computer once the evaluation period has ended.
No, all software/ template licenses are designed and priced for use on one computer. The system verifies this using the unique computer ID associated with the purchased device.

We typically provide a 7-day free trial for each software/template license, allowing users to explore its capabilities. The free trial version may have limited access to some features compared to the purchased license.
When a new version of the software license you previously purchased is released, we will provide you with the new version, valid until the expiration date of your current license, upon receiving your request.

1. Unblock the File:

- Right-click on the file.
- Select “Properties.”
- In the “General” tab, check the box that says “Unblock” (if it is present).
- Click “Apply” and then “OK.”

2. Enable Macros in MS-Excel:

- Open the file in MS-Excel.
- Go to the “File” tab.
- Select “Options.”
- Navigate to “Trust Center” and click on “Trust Center Settings.”
- Select “Macro Settings.”

- Choose the options to “Enable VBA macros” and “Trust access to the VBA project object model”
- Click “OK” to save your settings.

3. Add Trusted Locations:

- Go to the “Trust Center” settings as described above.
- Select “Trusted Locations.”
- Add the folder where the file is located as a trusted location.
When a CAD version or an upgrade of the software is released, you can replace your existing license by contacting us via email. If the new version has a higher license fee, you will need to pay the difference based on the remaining validity period of your current license. If the new version’s license fee is lower, no refund or credit will be issued for the difference.
